Once you have located the client you would like to register in the truMobile app, you can sign them up the client to begin using the truMobile app or web portal.

Below are the steps to ensure a seamless registration.  

1. Search for the client by their name or policy number.  

2. Ensure the client is the correct insured to register by asking additional questions (e.g. Additional policies, address, postal code.) 

3. Click the ‘Add email’ button. Note: if there is an email address in the email column, this means the user already exists.   

4. Enter the client’s valid email.  

5. Click the ‘Add’ button.
