A brokerage has the ability to can send push notifications or emails to any clients that are ‘Users’‘Users. Messages ’ Messages can be sent to multiple users as a campaign or to individual clients as a third way of communication.
You can use the Messages tab for the below information:
Check to see if a particular user has read a message or when they opened it.
Evaluate the success of a message campaign.
Check to see when you sent a message and to whom.
