There may be certain circumstances where multiple policies may not automatically attach when downloaded. For example, if a client has separate policies with different insurance carriers, the client’s data can sometimes vary in their downloads. A policy may download separately if the policy data details below data does do not match identically between the policiesexactly.

  • Clients Client's full name (ex. Christopher Smith and Chris Smith) .

  • Address (If the address on both policies is not the same).

  • Postal Code (All digits and letter must match) .

For this reason, we rely on you as a broker to use your human eye and manually attach the policies. Below are the steps:

  1. Locate the client by name, policy number or email address (you can only search by email if the client is a registered user.)

...

  1.

Note: If the client is already a user, you will want to attach the missing policy to the policy that already has an email associated with it.

2. Under the ‘Actions’ column, click the ‘Attach/Unattach Policies’ icon.

3. Locate the missing policy you would like to attach by searching for the policy number.

4. Once you have located the missing policy, click the ‘Add’ button under actions.

The client will now have access to seeing their view their missing policy on their app/web portal.
