You can use the ‘Messages’ tab for the below information: 

• Check to see if a particular user has read a message and when they opened it. 

• Evaluate the success of a message campaign. 

• Check to see when you sent a message and to whom. 

Note: Use the “Reports” tab to compose and send your messages. The “Messages” page is only a history of the messages you’ve already sent.
