How to add content to your Meta Description
Step 1:On truWeb, click on ‘edit page’ ‘Edit Page’ and scroll down to the very bottom . Here you’ll see of the page.
Step 2: At the bottom, go to the SEO Yoast plugin . You'll also need to make sure your SEO title, which shows up in the search results, reads well.
The example here is a car insurance page. So we've got car insurance quotes. The slug, which is the URL for that page, Calgary-auto-insurance and the meta description. Unfortunately, we're getting the colour orange, not green. So we're going to add more content to meet the character requirements of a meta description. Best Insurance is a premiere provider of auto insurance, so we're going to add ‘auto and ‘home insurance products’, and ‘get a free car insurance quote today.’ Now we have added extra content to our meta description, with the goal of increasing the click-through-rate for this page.

Step 3: Add content to your meta description until the line below it turns green, from orange. The green colour indicates that there is sufficient characters that will appear in the search engine results page.
Step 4: Check your SEO title to see if it reads well and it has the right amount of characters.
