Insureds Clients
The insureds “clients” tab allows you to see all CSIO downloads for your brokerage, whether the clients are a user have an active policy or not.
Remember that not all Insurers offer CSIO downloads and not all policy types are downloaded therefore they will not display in the app/web portal.

You can search for the client by typing their the client’s full name into the ‘Insureds’ column.
You can also search for the client by searching for their policy number.
If the client is already a truMobile ‘User’, you can also search for them by using their email address.

Once you have located the client that you would like to register in the truMobile app, you can sign them up the client to begin using the truMobile app or web portal.
Below are the 5 steps to ensure a seamless registration.
Search for the client by their name or policy number.
Ensure the client is the correct insured to register by asking additional questions (e.g.

additional policy info., address, postal code.)
Click the ‘Add email’ button. Note: if there is an email address in the email column, this means the user already exists.
Enter the client’s valid email.
Click the ‘Add’ button.
The client will receive a Welcome email with a link to set their own password.
Tip: If the client has not received their welcome email, have them check their junk and spam folder.

If your clients already have an email address associated with their name/policy number, you can edit the clients email the client's email under the insureds “Insureds” tab using the below instructions.4 steps:
Locate the client by name, policy number, or email.
Under the ‘email’ column, click the small pencil icon to ‘edit

There may be certain circumstances where multiple policies may not automatically attach when downloaded. For example, if a client has separate policies with different insurance carriers, the client’s data can sometimes vary in their downloads. A policy may download separately if the policy data details below data does do not match identically between the policiesexactly.
Clients Client's full name (ex. Christopher Smith and Chris Smith) .
Address (If the address on both policies is not the same).
Postal Code (All digits and letter must match) .
For this reason, we rely on you as a broker to use your human eye and manually attach the policies. Below are the steps:
Locate the client by name, policy number or email address (you can only search by email if the client is a registered user.)

Note: If the client is already a user, you will want to attach the missing policy to the policy that already has an email associated with it.
2. Under the ‘Actions’ column, click the ‘Attach/Unattach Policies’ icon.
3. Locate the missing policy you would like to attach by searching for the policy number.
4. Once you have located the missing policy, click the ‘Add’ button under actions.
The client will now have access to seeing their view their missing policy on their app/web portal.

If a clients edoc is client’s eDoc is missing from their account, a broker can easily attach the document under the ‘Insureds’ tab for the client using client, using the below steps.
Locate the

Save
