You need it for creating an apple account for your iOS app.
Apple will need to verify this for your entity.
It is a free number, no payment is needed.
So how to I start?
You might already have a DUNS number, you just need to look that up.
You might already have a DUNS number, with old information which needs update.
You might need to apply for a DUNS Number.
How do I know whether I have a DUNS number or not?
Case 1: You have a number and all information is up to date
Click on DUNS NUMBER and Select DUNS
Click on D-U-N-S Number Lookup to check if you already have one.
3. Scroll down till you see the below
4. Click on Company Name, Select Province , check box
5. Hit “Search Now “
6. Select your Company, review the information to confirm your legal name and your address are correct .
7. To receive the number add your name and email address to receive the number by email
8. You will see this confirmation message

Case 2: You have a number and but need to update the information
