We need your help

Please choose 1 to 3 brokers from your staff to be your truMobile Ambassadors.

We’ll train those brokers so they can train and support the rest of your team.

Why? Because we know first-hand that selecting engaged and digitally forward members of the team to champion a new technology is the most effective way to see adoption and engagement increase across the rest of the group.

Why do you need an ambassador?

Centralize the knowledge with your Guru.
Centralize workflows and usage of requests coming from the app.
We will walk you through the industry’s best practices.
As digital experts, we are going to help you go digital.

Who can be your ambassador?

Requirements:

General requirements

Has a broker background and or marketing background.
Tech-savvy enjoys working with new technology.
Experience using MS Excel - Basic experience - ( we can work on this together )

System requirements:

Has broker Admin access on the truMobile platform account
Be the account holder or has access to the Apple account ( This can only apply to one ambassador in each brokerage) - Can be changed.

How would my ambassador be working with Trufla?

Attend Ambassador Program sessions
Make/suggest Marketing ideas for the product
Follow up on all 3rd party partnerships with truMobile if need be ( Apple, CSIO, insurers……)
Be the main holder of the apple account :

Maintain the Apple account payments
Accept any new terms and conditions released by apple when requested.

Train new staff. ( Acquire CE credit hours for training- Alberta only )
Share any new feature ideas with the Trufla.
Be the go-to person internally for all truMobile related issues.
Stay in touch with the Trufla team.
Mass Registration of users when need
Controls / Congiufres and make changes to the truMobile setting as needed.
Report usage and adoption to top management

Day to Day activity:

Use the reports feature to review the data.
Use reports to send out communication ( email/push notification ) to the customers when needed.
Assist other brokers in using the app
Check support issues sent by the customer before routing it to Trufla.

What do you need to do to ensure you have an ambassador?

How it works

Choose 1 to 3 brokers on your team that demonstrates an interest in technology, who pick up digital tools quickly, and who are great peer coaches.
We will reach out to the brokers with available training times.
truMobile training modules take 1 to 2 hours every month, including questions for open forums.
Schedule times for your Ambassadors to train the rest of your staff (for Alberta residents, the rest of the team can also get CE credits.)
truMobile Ambassadors will be the go-to person for any questions and issues related to the app.
Your Ambassadors can then train the rest of your team (for Alberta residents, the rest of the team can get CE credits.) Please download a copy of the template, fill it in and email the attached template to help@trufla.com to get your certificate.)
Ambassadors who will be the course instructors get double the hours when they report the CE hours.
You can claim up to one training session a day as an instructor.

Through the Ambassador program, we will:

Provide insight into the broker portal and manage client files, including detailed reports.
Learn how to increase user adoption.
Learn the basics of how to use the tool.
Inspire your team to leverage truMobile to serve your clients better.

truMobile education seminars take place weekly on various topics. Register here.
