Summary of Roles and Permissions

  1. Super Admin:

    • Full access to all features, including user management, permissions, settings, support, and reports.

    • The only role that can manage branches, FAQs, banners, notifier emails, themes, and plugins.

  2. Broker Admin:

    • Similar to Super Admin but with slightly limited access to some settings.

    • Cannot manage advanced settings like themes or enable/disable plugins.

  3. Manager:

    • Extensive permissions but lacks control over roles, advanced settings, and permissions.

    • Focused on managing insureds, policies, claims, reports, and support.

  4. CSR (Customer Service Representative):

    • Operational role with permissions for insureds, policies, payments, eDocs, and support tickets.

    • Cannot edit reports, settings, or manage roles.

  5. Producer:

    • Restricted role focused on viewing insureds, payments, eDocs, change requests, and claims.

    • Cannot manage or edit records or settings.

  6. Communications:

    • Limited to sending messages and editing reports.

  7. Client User:

    • Restricted to their own profile with basic self-service capabilities (e.g., resetting passwords, viewing payments, creating change requests and claims).
