We are proud Together with Wawanesa, we’re excited to announce our partnership with Wawanesa Mutual API Billing Integration, giving your clients access to better online services.

Why do you need your App to integrate with Wawanesa’s Billing API?

Wawanesa Wawanesa’s daily EDI downloads don’t include the do not include payment information for customers.

We will now be able to pull monthly payment information directly from Wawanesa’s API, so your customers can always be in the know about their monthly payment information.

This will more convenient for As soon as your Wawanesa clients, as with this integration they are able to view their coming payment on the app once they login not just on their edocscustomers log into the app, they will see their upcoming monthly payment amount, plus they’ll be able to see their full schedule in the eDoc section.

We continue to work with Wawanesa to leverage all the new technology that they provide to our customers.

We are still working to enhance and improve this feature as the Wawanesa API evolves. We plan to be able to extract more information for you and your clients.

How can you get this integration started on your app?

  1. Your broker’s BOA (broker office administrator) for your Wawanesa broker portal, must will need to log into the Broker Portal and create a new broker account using a dedicated email only for Trufla only. The This will be the same way you create an account for any of your brokers.

  2. You must send the username for that username (email) and the password information, along with the broker number associated with that account to your account managerTrufla Account Manager.

Please log in at least once before you share the password with us. If not, Trufla might need to change the account's password to activate the account on the first login.

3. Wait for the magic to happen (smile)

4. With every policy download, we will pull the monthly payment information on the policy.
