Step 2- How to Create an Apple Developer Account
Scroll down , at the bottom of the page, click on Join the Apple Developer Program.
Click “Enroll”

4. Your Apple ID

If you don’t have it on or not sure whether or not it is on, please refer to the title below on How to turn on the two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.
If you are instead using Two-Step verification, you need to switch over. Apple Developer Program requires Two-Factor authentication for the Developer Account Program. You have to turn off the Two-Step verification first, and then turn on the Two-Factor authentication next. To turn off Two-Step verification, please refer to the title below on How to turn off Two-Step verification.
Note that the two-factor authentication is different from Two-Step verification. Two-factor authentication requires not only your password but access to either a trusted device or verification code delivered via SMS or phone call.

5. On the Apple Developer Program enrollment page, scroll to the bottom and click
Start Your enrollment
6. Sign in with your Apple ID
7. Apple should send a verification code to your device
8. Enter the verification code
9. Go over the Apple Developer Agreement,
check the box confirming that you have read it and click on Submit
10 . Confirm that all your information is correct (email, name, location), then choose an entity.
Apple’s explanation of entity. The Developer name listed on the App Store is based on the type of account selected from the options below. Apps published to Individual Developer Accounts will display the name listed on the iOS Developer Account. Apps published to Company/Organization Developer Accounts will display the Company Name entered within the iOS Developer Account.
Entities:
o Individual/Sole Proprietor/Single Person Business: Individuals or companies without an officially recognized business (company without a Dun and Bradstreet number). This account only allows for a single primary login to be created to the iOS Developer Account
o Company/Organization: Legally recognized Companies with a Dun and Bradstreet number can select this option. This will allow multiple user logins to be created and managed with varying permissions capabilities for each login. truMobile - DUNS Number
11. Fill in all the contact details for your Developer Account
12. Read the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, check the box confirming you have read the agreement and click Continue
13. Confirm that all the previously entered information are correct then click
continue
14. Click Purchase to enroll and pay for your yearly iOS Developer Account. Don’t forget to check the Automatic Renewal box if you want your membership to be automatically renewed.
15. Sign in with your Apple ID and fill in your billing information. Then click continue to complete the setup of your iOS Developer Account.
16. Fill in any remaining information on the following pages. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email from Apple letting you know the setup of your iOS Developer Account was successful.
17. Once your iOS Developer Account is fully setup, enter your iOS developer account information in the CMS under Publish.
