Submitting a Ticket 

  1. Go to https://help.trufla.com 

  2. Select “Need Help.” 

3. Select the product the ticket is related to and fill out all fields. The fields will be different depending on the product selected. The more information you share with us, the better we can triage and respond to your issue:

4. Add any attachments or screenshots, and hit ‘Send.’

5. You will be shown your ticket reference number on the next screen. This tells you the ticket was submitted successfully to Trufla Support.

Create a Support Account 

 By creating an account, you will be able to review, see the status and respond to all tickets that you have submitted.

  1. Go to https://help.trufla.com  

2. Click “Log in,” in the upper right-hand corner. 

 

3. Click “Sign Up” and follow the instructions to create your account.

Communicating with Trufla Support

  1. Once your ticket is submitted, you will receive an email indicating Trufla has received your issue:

2. If Trufla requires more information or has questions, we will send you a request via email:

3. Log in to the portal to view your ticket. Right here, you can add attachments and write a message to Trufla Support. When you select ‘Save’, the message immediately updates on the associated Trufla Support ticket.

Viewing Your Support Tickets

  1. Go to https://help.trufla.com  and log into the portal

2. Click the “Requests” button in the upper right-hand corner

3. You will then see your Dashboard. All of your tickets including the status will be shown as below:
