What do I need to communicate to Trufla?
Adding a new carrier
1. Have you recently acquired a new brokerage?
A. All under one branding :
1. Same Mailbox for both brokerages, same branding:
Make the necessary switch with CSIO and the insurance companies. Remember to give them the primary mailbox CSIO Mailboxes Check - truMobile
After the switch you have to one mailbox, you can request initial loads Requesting Initial loads - truMobile for the new broker’s book of business so that the clients can use your current app.
Timeline on requesting initial loads is up to 4 weeks . Totally dependent on carriers responses.
2. Different Mailboxes for each broker, same branding :
You will need to set up 2 new mailboxes for the newly acquired brokerage CSIO MAILBOXES SETUP - truMobile
Talk to your Trufla Account Manager and provide them with the newly added Trufla CSIO Mailboxes with the password
Then you can request initial loads Requesting Initial loads - truMobile for the new brokerage.
Extra Charges might apply. Timeline on adding this can take up to 4 weeks.
B. Keep the acquired brokerage branding:
If you are not changing the branding, we have 2 situations here
Same Mailbox
Different Mailboxes
1. Same Mailbox for both brokerages:

Talk to your Trufla Account Manager to arrange the new apps and web link for your new brokerage
Then you can request initial loads Requesting Initial loads - truMobile for the new brokerage
Extra charges will be applied for the new branded apps and web.
2. Different Mailboxes for each broker, 2 Different Apps :
This will be as a totally new implementation
You will need to set up 2 new mailboxes for the newly acquired brokerage CSIO MAILBOXES SETUP - truMobile
Talk to your Trufla Account Manager to arrange the new apps and web link for your new brokerage, along with the new mailbox and password.
Then you can request initial loads Requesting Initial loads - truMobile for the new brokerage
If you prefer to have one apple account for both companies then you will need to provide a legal document with proves the acquisition.
Extra charges will be applied for the new branded apps and web. Discuss with your Trufla Account Manager.
2. Branding Name Changes:
Please contact your Trufla Account Manager and provide them with
New eps Logo
New Colours for your Brand
Branding Guide (if available)
How does that affect your app?
New colours need to be reflected on your apps iOS & android
New app and web logo need to be update on your web portal.
Timeline on making the updates can take up to 2-3 weeks so the sooner you provide us with the data the better.
3. Legal Name Change:
When you change your legal name this is probably accompanied by Branding changes so please refer to point 2 as well on this page
Contact your Trufla Account Manager as soon as possible to get this started
For Legal name changes:
A new URL might need to be purchased for your domain name . This is to have your portal URL branded with your name.
Choose new app names which go with your new organization name
Update your Apple account organization name /wiki/spaces/TKB/pages/78544913
Timeline on processing the changes can take up to 4 weeks.
4. Add A new Mailbox
If you added a new mailbox, no policies coming to this mailbox will be available in trumobile.
Please contact your Trufla Account Manager to discuss.
