1. Do you want to check the mailboxes you have create with CSIO?

If you need to check your new CSIO mailbox and be able to differentiate between them.

Here is how

  1. Visit Csio.com 

  2. Login using your CSIO credentials  

3. Click on the settings sign next to My Account  

 

4. Click on My CSIONet Accounts  

5. This is the schedule which shows all the mailboxes owned by the brokerage  

 

2. How to reset a mailbox password?

  1. Login to CSIO.com using your csio.com credentials

  2. Use this link , enter mailbox info and main contact email   https://csio.com/csionet-password-reset

  3. You will receive an email with a link to set the password.

  4. Create the new password.

3. How to confirm if your mailbox password works?

  1. https://vpn.csionet.com/global-protect/login.esp

  2. Try the password to make sure  it is correct

  3. If not request a password reset from the customer.
