This only shows for your Intact clients who have access to the app.

You can choose to enable or disable this feature. Please let your Trufla Account Manager take care of that for you.

Does truMobile integrate with Intact client centre?

• You can get to the Intact Client Centre from the app or web

• Only on Intact policies

Who can access Intact Client Centre?

• Clients who have one or more Intact policy

• If the client doesn't have any intact policies they will not view the Intact Client Centre button.

Where can a Client find the Intact Client Centre?

• On App or web

• Inside each risk details on app and on web

• In claims tab

How does this work?

• It is a button that is when clicked, a new browser is open for the client

• The client can then login to the intact client centre.

Does the client need to different credentials to login to intact client centre?

• Yes , the client will need to signup to intact client centre in case  the client wants to login to get their latest updates on their open claims.
