Intact Client Centre added to your App - truMobile
Trufla is very excited to have worked with a forward-thinking company like Intact Insurance to link its Client Centre technology into our truMobile app.
You are now better equipped to offer a digital solution to their customers, which allows them to take care of their insurance whenever and wherever they want — from their phone, tablet or desktop. From viewing policy documents, printing pink cards or submitting claims and change requests, customers can do it all.

Intact Users
This feature only shows for your Intact clients who have access to the app.
You can choose to enable or disable this feature. Please let your Trufla Account Manager take care of this for you.
Does truMobile integrate with Intact Client Centre?
You can get to the Intact Client Centre from the app or web.
Only on Intact policies.
Who can access the Intact Client Centre?
Clients who have one or more Intact policies.
If the client doesn't have any intact policies, they will not view the Intact Client Centre button.
Where can a Client find the Intact Client Centre?
On the app or web.
Inside each risk details on the app and the web.
In the claims tab.
How does this work?
A new browser will open for the client once the appropriate button is clicked.
The client can then login to the Intact Client Centre.
Does the client need different credentials to login to the Intact Client Centre?
Yes. The client will need to sign-up to the Intact Client Centre if the client wants to login to get the latest updates on their open claims.
