A client using the truMobile app has the ability to send a number of different ‘Claims” through their app.

 

  • Auto Claim - Vehicle Accident 

  • Home Claim 

  • Auto Claim - Non-Vehicle Accident 

  • Other Claim 

A broker can view and download the claim documents, including photos then submit claim to insurer.

Note: A notification email is sent to the broker when a user submits a claim. However, this 

email will NOT include photos.
