Please make sure to send your request before the end of day Tuesday of every week to ensure your request is enabled by end of day the following Thursday.

We hope you are doing well.
We are currently working with Trufla to set up truMobile. As part of this initiative, we have created two new child mailboxes—one for our BMS and one for Trufla—to facilitate the proper routing of our CSIO downloads.

We kindly request that a forwarding rule be enabled so that all data sent to our primary mailbox is automatically forwarded to both child mailboxes listed above.
In addition, we would appreciate it if you could confirm the date and time you plan to apply the forwarding rule. This will allow us to coordinate the required changes in our BMS accordingly.
Please let us know if you require any additional information from our side.
EMAIL 2: Request Initial Loads from Insurers
Please don’t request the initial loads until Trufla confirms forwarding rule is enabled properly and you start contacting your insurers.
