Step 3 - Add Apps@trufla.com as an admin - truMobile
You will need to give Trufla access to your account as an admin to be able to create the apps and update them on your behalf.
There are different roles you can assign in your apple developer account. We (apps@trufla.com) need to be added as an admin. For more information on roles, please click here.
Trufla will be unable to:
Accept any new terms and conditions released by Apple on your behalf.
Update your payment information for your account annual fees on your behalf.
We will need you to help us with this.
Step 3 - How to add apps@trufla.com as an admin account on your Apple developer account.
Sign into developer.apple.com/account, and click on People.
2. Click Invite People.
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite as an Admin in the top section.
4. Click Invite.
This article provides steps on how to invite a new user to your Apple Developer account. Please note that inviting a new user is only available for Apple Developer accounts of the company/organisation type.
Login to App Store Connect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/).
Open the Users and Access section.
Click the '+' button in the top-left corner of the page.
Enter the New User details.
Grant the user with at least the Admin or App Manager role.
Enable 'Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles'.
7. Click Invite to send an invite to the new users' email address.
8. Have the new user accept the invite in their mailbox to finish the process.
