Create a Query in Retention X-Ray

You can now stop pulling the same lists every month, with our relative date save list option. Instead, our automation will pull the list for you, for the past 30, 60 or 90 days.

The Filter Builder helps you create rules or queries to filter policies, coverages, or customer data based on specific criteria. It combines multiple conditions using AND or OR logic to refine your search.

Key Components of the Filter Builder

1. Conditions:

   • A condition is a single rule related to insurance data, such as coverage type, policy status, or premium amount.

   • Example: Coverage Type = "Auto" or Renewal Change > 10

2. Groups:

   • A group is a collection of conditions (or other groups) combined by logical operators (AND/OR).

   • Example: A group might filter:

     • Market Indicator > 20

     • AND Renewal Change > 10

3. Operators:

   • AND: All conditions in the group must be true.

   • OR: At least one condition in the group must be true.

4. Adding Conditions:

   • You can add specific conditions to filter policies or coverages.

   • Example: Changed Claims >/= 1 AND Changed Convictions >/= 1

5. Adding Groups:

   • You can nest groups to apply complex filtering logic across different types of data.

   • Example:

     • Group 1: Policies with Changed Risk

     • Group 2: Policies with high Market Indicator
